But you’re not on the masthead. Which is disappointing, as I was looking forward to disquisitions on *real* molecular gastronomy and the virtues of dutch oven pizzas.
Well, that’s my own damn fault. I’ve been too busy to contribute anything yet; until I do I’m hesitant to add myself. But I do have a post about what I’ve learned from homebrewing, uh, brewing.
Also: that dutch oven pizza thing is a great idea.
